This project requires the full demolition of an existing home and construction of two high-end units overlooking North Sydney with spectacular views of the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour.

Our team is currently deep into the major renovation of this unique and stylish 1920’s P&O Style home. The project includes significant additions, remedial works, construction of a pool and spa, a glass lift and landscaping. This magnificent 3 storey property occupies a commanding position overlooking Manly and the headlands.

We integrated the modern architectural design of new additions and a stunning separate three-story contemporary dwelling with this magnificent original 1914 heritage listed home. The garden building features a pool room, triple garage and one bedroom apartment. Outdoor landscaping, alfresco entertaining areas and swimming pool and spa complete the extensive renovations.
We love the integration of the modern new architecture with the historic design of the existing home, which created some wonderful design details.

Resort living in the park
Our clients love their new home and feel like they are “living in a resort”. This has been a long labour of love resulting in exceptional quality and finish.
The finest of finishes
We love the beautiful blend of restored original features and stunning contemporary finishes, such as Mediterranean marble, micro-cement and sandstone.
Natalie and Mitch wanted to contemporize their home with a complete renovation, with an adaptable, low-maintenance, and child-friendly layout.
We stripped and renovated every room in the house, as well as modernising external finishes and landscaping the garden.
Interestingly, this whole project was completed while our clients were living in Singapore, so they had a beautifully renovated property to come home to, and the entire project was completed with communications over Zoom and email.
We love the combination of fluted glass, with bleached, limewashed floorboards, and Italian tiles. And the easy-care Palm Springs cactus landscaping conspires to capture that contemporary lifestyle feel.
Right on schedule
Natalie and Mitch were very excited with their new home, and were very grateful it was completed on schedule, allowing them to move in a few days before Christmas.
Our clients, Cam and Mel, wanted a home they would use every part of, every day. A home that would continue to accommodate their family into teenage years. We demolished the original home and created this stunning two storey home with swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The upside-down layout maximises the outlook to the east from the main living area, with a second living space on the ground floor, which flows to an alfresco deck and pool area.

This project is a real inspiration for anyone with a dated single story home. While knocking down the property to completely rebuild may be the obvious choice, these old properties tend to be pretty well-built and can provide a great base for a renovation that more than doubles the living space. And as you can see, once complete you’d never know it wasn’t a totally brand new home.

The star of the show in this property has to be its vast roof-top entertaining deck with stunning views over Double Bay. The ultimate in alfresco living, that really put our clients on top of the world.
Blending new finishes with old, lovingly restored
The specifications for this stunning apartment were exceptional, requiring careful restoration and repair of existing parquetry flooring, beautiful bespoke bathrooms with acres of marble, underfloor heating, automated lighting, adjusting intensity according to natural light levels, and some exquisite hand-made lighting fixtures from Beeswax USA.
This beautiful Bondi home renovation was featured in Inside Out magazine and was also, a Finalist in the HIA Housing Awards.
Major alterations & additions included new swimming pool with Guinea Rosewood decking surrounds and tranquil outdoor lounge. The expansive kitchen flows effortlessly to the outdoor living space – just perfect for soaking up that beautiful Bondi sunshine.

Very much a quintessential beach house theme with airy, light-filled rooms, limed American Oak floors, and exposed ceiling joists and rafters, creating peaceful living spaces at one with the outdoors. A truly tranquil haven for that calm coastal lifestyle.
Our extensive work on this stunning apartment, both inside and out, really opened up the space to make the most of those incredible ocean views.
We removed a staggering 23 tonnes of materials from the demolition of existing ponds and garden beds and replaced this with a contemporary cement screed over a rubber sound-proof Regupol medium. Excellent for apartment living. New Stormtech custom stainless steel linear drains were installed for a sleek and modern drainage solution.
