Our extensive work on this stunning apartment, both inside and out, really opened up the space to make the most of those incredible ocean views.
We removed a staggering 23 tonnes of materials from the demolition of existing ponds and garden beds and replaced this with a contemporary cement screed over a rubber sound-proof Regupol medium. Excellent for apartment living. New Stormtech custom stainless steel linear drains were installed for a sleek and modern drainage solution.
