We’d heard so many horror stories of people we knew, that had gone through the design process and then gone through council and then taken the design to builders for a quote and then found that they couldn’t deliver that design for their budget. SBH gave us options of what we could and couldn’t do within our budget throughout the design phase and we really loved that about SBH.
We wanted to literally open the door and everything is done, but we also wanted a bespoke design as well, and we felt like we were able to achieve that turnkey solution with SBH.
We got exactly what we wanted. Our brief was that we wanted a home that we could use every part of everyday, and we use every inch of the house every day. It accommodates our family beautifully.
